Exterior Environment: The project locates near the downtown Bellevue area belongs to the Belred medical design district.  It is north of Overlake hospital, with many medical clinic offices around the area.  A large Merrill Garden senior living is under construction with 130 units.  With future light rail coming, this area will be developed very soon to meeting future needs for medical and senior living.  This project will fit in the overall environment, provide a smaller scale more personal environment for both the medical offices and senior apartments.

Internal Space: This is a 4-story mixed-use building with a walkout basement for senior living. The main floor is mainly parking space to efficiently use the lot. The second level is a medical office, operation room, and pharmacy, third and fourth floors and a walkout basement total have 14 senior units and a clubhouse with a roof garden to provide common service and activity place for the seniors.  The roof deck also takes advantage of the view of 405 and downtown Bellevue.
